CEO & Founder — France AJ Group
Adil Antar is the CEO and Founder of France AJ Group — a multinational B2B import-export conglomerate headquartered in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, serving verified wholesale buyers, distributors, and institutional clients across more than 50 countries.
A French national with over 30 years of hands-on experience in international commodity trading, Adil established France AJ Group in 2020 to build the compliant, documentation-driven trade infrastructure he found lacking in global markets. Under his leadership, the group has expanded to 10 operating subsidiaries across Cambodia, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Hong Kong, Morocco, Thailand, Italy, and France — with active trade relationships in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
Adil began his career in European commodity markets, gaining deep expertise in edible oils, grains, frozen meats, and sugar trading before expanding into pharmaceuticals, construction materials, luxury goods, and electric vehicles. That breadth — across sectors, continents, and regulatory environments — shaped the multi-division model that defines France AJ Group today.
In 2021, he registered France AJ Group LTD in London, establishing a European hub for UK and EU-market buyers. In 2022, he launched France AJ Alimentaire Brazil in São Paulo to open a direct sourcing corridor for ICUMSA 45 sugar, frozen meats, and refined edible oils. In 2023, Best Alpha Limited was established in Hong Kong, followed by France AJ Cosmetic and France AJ Materials as standalone B2B wholesale divisions. France AJ Luxe and Antar King were added in 2024, entering the luxury fashion and EV/lubricant sectors.
France AJ Group operates under SGS quality inspection standards and maintains HALAL certification across its food commodity divisions — reflecting Adil's commitment to verifiable compliance at every stage of the supply chain. Every trade transaction the Group facilitates is supported by a complete documentation package: certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, SGS inspection reports, HALAL certificates, bills of lading, and Incoterms-structured contracts.
Fluent in French, English, and Arabic, Adil brings direct communication capability across the Group's core markets in North Africa, the Gulf, and Southeast Asia. He writes and publishes B2B trade intelligence on commodity markets, supplier verification, supply chain resilience, and emerging market entry — drawing from active operations rather than theory.
